Throwing caution to the winds, and possibly because of the influence of too many movies, Jonathan did something he never would have even considered under normal circumstances. Tentatively, realizing he was practically offering up his heart on a platter, the boy leaned forward. When the red head brought their lips together, it was as if he had pressed the 'start' button. Damien gasped, scrambling away as if he had been burned. For himself, Jonathan was just fighting not to cry. Blushing crimson, he ducked his head apologetically.
